the grid looks dis-joined. the pieces aren't working together and gelling. some columns have floating headers and some have hard edges and strokes with drop shadows. i'd work on pulling them all together more universally.
also, the main center area, and i don't know how it does this cause it's in the center, gets completely lost. needs it's header to stand out more. everything on the page has the same weight. make the center area heavier, and tone down the secondary info.
you might want to think about pulling in another color too. see above. everything has the same weight and same colors. nothing stands out.
all that being said i think he grid is really nice. (tighten it though). i think the center icons and text works well but would give it a bit more breathing room.
very nice start but needs a bit more thought.
