i have been diagnosed as far-sighted for the past seven years. i thought this meant that i could see things far away, but that up-close was a strain for me.
however, after an interesting interrogation by my near-sighted better half (who was growing quite annoyed with the fact that every time he zoomed into my face with his, i would crane my neck away from him to the point of near injury), it turns out that my vision is really fucked up.
i just thought that everyone looked like a picasso painting to everyone else when they got close enought to kiss.
all these years...
