i don't know, but you have a baby girl. if i have a kid, i would probably move out of the city. having a kid here is really expensive. also education... sending her to a good school, etc, it's not easy. also, if i have a kid, i want him to be able to play outside without having have to worry about getting hit by a crazy cab driver.
maybe jersey, maybe long island. but atlanta doesn't sound that much safer. i mean, new york is pretty safe.
