Father: "I'm Claire's dad."
The kid: "I know who you are. You're the guy I'm gonna sue"
Father: "I'm very sorry about the accident"
Kid: "It wasn't an accident."
Father: "What makes you say that?"
Kid: (getting very agitated) "Because...she crashed my car on purpose. She's a FREAK. She's not human."
Father: "I'd put more stock in her humanity than I would in yours.
(pause)
You tried to rape my daughter."
Kid: "I didn't touch her."
Father: "Well it's her words against yours and from my perspective she's the more reliable witness."
Kid: "You don't know your daughter."
Father: "I know her better than even she does."
Kid: "I don't have to listen to this." (reached for button to get nurse).
(Father grabs kid and covers his mouth and kid is trying to scream).
Father: "Shhhh...Claire is a very special girl. It's confusing what's happening to her and she doesn't need some punk making her life any more difficult. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?!
(kid mumbles and snorts and can't say anything b/c father is still covering kid's mouth)
Father: "I should kill you but instead I'm going to do you a favour. You already threw away this life...I'm gonna give you a second chance...I'm gonna let you forget all the terrible things you've done, and maybe this time when you wake up in your new life (pause...more grumbles)....you'll make something decent of it.
(he takes hand off of kid's mouth) and says, "shhhhh..." (kid is obviously scared). father draws blind thingies and the black dude is behind them. He leaves, the black guy comes in and covers blinds....
