i agree respect is to be earned and i gave these guys respect in return for their talent and their ethics, which is why they work here in the first place. but i think they're getting too comfortable with their situation
i think one big reason why everyone has fun working here is the laid back attitude in the office - but when it comes down to business it needs to be business. we're trying to set examples but i guess there will always be a few that take advantage - i mean u give em some milk and then they're raping ur cows wtf does that even make sense
