    Do this in photoshop first

    Take your image that has the white background place it over the image you want underneath

    then select the white image layer....

    then on top of the layers pallete there is a drop down box that has the word NORMAL in it..

    go there and select Multiply.

    This will knock out all white..

    If this doesnt work well enough for you... your going to have to go in with the eraser tool pixel by pixel
