They could by right bro as I have the K800i not the W8 so perhaps they have improved it. Don't listen to there shit though they will blatantly tell you whatever it takes for you to walk out the store with one and them to fatten up there commision for the month. I mean personally I would still vouch for the k8ooI its just pain if it does run out and your one charger is at home, also not many peeps have it so theres never a spare charger at the office.. get one with a one week return policy and try it our for yourself..
