... he 'can do' and 'will do' are two different things.
Once again - either you believe we're living in a true time of War or you don't.
If you don't - this Prez is criminal... if you do - well, this really isn't an issue as certain extended powers are being envoked (and haven't been abused as of yet)... and you as a citizen are more protected.
Ask yourselves somethin'... has there been an actual attack on the U.S. since 9/11?...
... nope.
(now... if you believe the U.S. wasn't attacked by terrorists that day... that's another.... SILLY story)...:)
