man, i hear you. this too shall pass.
i find having something to look forward helps me keep going. it really doesn't solve any problems, but it'll make you feel better while you find solutions.
i got this new gig 3month ago and it's been crazy busy. i am on the totally opposite of you. i have worked on over 20 brands just in 3mo and, yeah, it gets tiring this way too. just last week, i had to do 3 clients comps(mini sites/ads). too much work and hadn't had time to really think about anything.
my point is, make the best out of the situation and look forward to things you love. you have a lovely wife and a son. and winter is already here !
