Guccie, did you read the article? it mentions Wells ideas, it isn't built around them, its an interesting point because his books are full of ideas which have since been reflected in science (even horrendously speculative science, like this guys).
Anyway, none of this matters, because by that time none of us will be the products of our natural genetic mingling anymore, we'll be multiple choice humans, quite like those custom Vans you can order over the net...
