Secondly, even out of context, this quote is true. There are a lot of wishy-washy non-commital men out there that need to have some balls and make decisions for the benefit of their families. Most women crave a strong leader in a man. Someone who will let his "yes's be yes" and his "no's be no". So, this is a timeless principles which you ripped from it's context.
