i'd kill the splash. this will be the first time i've ever uttered these words and meant it.
make your logo bigger.

also the blue links.... GOTTA go! the site is pretty dark and i feel some of your dark work gets lost in the dark background. i'd think more about a better way to make your work stand out from the background.
some really nice work in there though. well done.
