First one works a treat for me. Looks like you used Northcodes SWF Studio 2 (recognised the icon).
Great work - loads of room for improvement in terms of audio controls (seek/progress bar etc).
I have an MP3 component with all of these features on it. After I get my results back (end of June) I'll revamp it and make it a public beta. : ) It uses an XML playlist, effective streaming / buffering etc and was tied to an ASP backend.
All good stuff. Did you use the add-ons for this? Filesys? etc.
