shouldnt the answers be tailored more instead of "agree/disagree" etc cos sometimes they didnt make sense with the question.
fyi i filled in all the answers then got to the end and realised i had to put a name etc to it and didnt want to so i didnt submit it.
should you not have it as anon if people want to do so?
or are you building up a phat database of designers across the UK to sell to someone? :P
