i make a lot of sense. the one not able to make sense is you.
personality should be there, you don't MAKE personality with some stupid marketing story.
personality should be at the core of the companies history, ethics, ambitions, heritage etc.
visualising, or translating this concept in structural communication plans and getting it out there, THAT is branding.
