See's trying to own you. Man if I had a client that belittled my other clients I would tell her that it was unprofesional and drop her (mind you, she could be right)
She does sound like a nutter though and that email was all over the shop.
If you really need the money say you will do some stuff for her next week. Get a retainer/advance, draw up a contract and charge through the nose.
