(Oct 16 06, 14:52)just had this conversation with a biologist the other day. 2000 years ephedra was used in asia, no one died. in america in less than 10 years a bunch of morons died from abuse. in the right dosage ephedra is very healthy. he said he's been taking it for almost 10 years, daily, and no problems or side effects. the douchebags who would take 5 or 6 then put on a football helmet on a 100 degree day to practice really ruined a good thing for the rest of us.
