I really don't 'need this' today...
"That's so not fare Kevin...This is my baby and I already told you I'd pay you what you normally get. I left several messages about that already so you would "take this seriously." I could give a rats ass about **** and their idiotic half assed mediocre condos...yet you are taking their stupid work over mine...who I brought to you. They who never pay anyone and screw people over...they who are a joke to begin with and in whom I would never trust...***who screws people over left and right...including his architects. I would be very careful around a peron like that wh will get his in the end...poor ethics in business always catches up with people...so watch out who you get into bed with.
I beg you to Please reconsider, this is so important to me and it is so easy to do. You should know by now that this would be a quick buck for you as I am fairly easy to work with and less demanding than others, mainly because you get me so quickly. I will bring over a check today as a holding fee for your work if that is what you want...As far as my invvestors go, I have all my investors in line...including the billionaire owner of the Suns...whose wife's a close friend of mine.
