    I definitely need to change the text into reall html, rather than fuzzy jpegs.
    That will make it tons easier to work on and update.

    Don't worry para, I reckon I'll cope, I think it will be good for me to get back into some proper code based web design, believe it or not I used to be able to write html sites from scratch (well, basic ones).

    I'm happy with the way the right-hand frame works (for content). But to update that left-hand menu frame involves making whole new sets of jpegs which takes ages and deters me from ever updating my work.
