  I have to set this up for a client. I am wondering what is the intended business use of PAN? As far as intended roles is it: 1) The Ad Server company offering the ad management service (super admin)
  2) advertiser
  3) publisher

  In this case is the advertiser Dell for example and the publisher is NYTimes website?

  As far as I have seen the advertiser can login to view stats and the publisher can edit zones.

  Any clarification or examples would be great as I am not finding much info on this.
