ok ... i am polanning on asking my GF to marry me this weekend on a hot air ballon ride, though the ring i have is one that my mother gave to me, my father had proposed to her with it, and my grandfather proposed to my grandmother with it. so this seems to be my legacy, that i am so happy to follow.... though after we get married and go for 5 years i will probably drop some dough and get her a nice bloodless diamond, just like the rest of the men in my familay have done in the past.
anyway so the ring is antique saphire with diamonds (small) all around it.......
