you don't have very many options, although I've been hearing about some process where you can open up your Flash text to Google's spiders. Not sure if that's only for copy served up from the outside or what.
Pay-per-click is probably your best bet if you want to drive traffic right away. otherwise, the organic SEO options are pretty limited.
get some meta tags in the head, and make sure your page title is packed with like 8 or so top keywords
another option would be do do an .html splash page with keyword rich welcome text, and then a link into the flash.
