did it last june (get married in 8 weeks).
told her i'd won a competition at work, and that i was taken out to dinner on saturday - in Barcelona.
flew out on saturday morning. stayed in a five star hotel. proposed. she said yes. i produced the ring. went to dinner. flew out sunday afternoon.
good luck. was the scariest thing i've ever done.
