  i used to get something called the ultimate at a local sandwidth shop...but i moved

  it had:

  - turkey
  - roast beef
  - salami
  - bologna
  - lettuce
  - tomato
  - onion
  - mayo
  - mustard
  - oil + vinegar
  - olives
  - parmesan cheese

  yeah, it's good
