yes, i think he still is.
i respect him tho, as he is one of the 2A folks who just don't get too hyped up about all that's written here, and just keeps on contributing to the pv-an, and making some fun as well. it's weird, but for some reason i like his site better (by the looks) then the current (v.3) 2A site.
