Japan doesn't take to nuclear weapons well (and rightfully so), so this will actually bring about the question of whether or not Japan will follow with nuclear weapons. The newly-elected leader is interested in focusing on his military, and their economic status is getting lower because of this weapons testing.
It's going to cause a ripple effect.
