I fourth that response (unless someone beats me to it...)
Just goes to show that talented designers are not exempt from the temptations of plagiarism. What a shame that this guy gave in to it, or apparently didn't see anything wrong with ripping off an interface.
It's one thing to do something and inadvertently duplicate someone else's efforts; all one must do then is change it ASAP. That happens to all of us sooner or later...but this is different. Very dodgy.
