Oh that sux so fucking bad. Go into the apple shop on Regent st, bat eyelids, smile sweetly at the young guys working there. Stress how your self employed and need you computer fixed and back asap. My mac fucked out and I was genuinely nice to guy working there. Who told me that because I had failed to buy there scam of the £150 additional apple care it would take at least 10days to get back to me... I said sweet but if you could do it before then it would be totally appreciated... this was on a Sunday they called me the next afternoon and told me they had got it back fixed... so don't stress until you take it in. Who knows what crazy magic those nerds can weave!
