    Exercise definitely helps the body recouperate from sitting basically in the same position all day long. Its really a huge way to make a difference.

    Taking a break at the office and getting out for a breath of fresh air at least once in the morning and once in the afternoon will help break up the day and keep things manageable.

    Stress doesn't go away, its just whether you find ways that work for you to manage it and deal with it.
