Listen to music at work. It helps. Listen to anything for that matter. Talk radio. Whatever, anything to drown out "office noise."
Also, I highly suggest leaving. A lot of the time I drive away from work during lunch just get away and clear my head. It works. Walking somewhere close just isn't far enough sometimes.
And I agree with exercise. Although I haven't been going much. I guess my stress levels are low.
