I definitely agree that religon has a role in politics, i beleive it's there b/c of power as opposed to belief.
You mentioned do i think suicide bombers would do it over economics. Actually i think economics is the underlying reason in most wars. If you look back in history, Nazism, American Civil War, list really goes on and on. These conflicts are usually due to an econiomic collapse.
Something that eats away at me with the issue in the middle eat and africa, is that these are very rich nations because of thier natural resources, but the people are so poor. It makes me ill.
