  We do a lot of the advertising for Samsung in the Uk, and they have some good products some bad. The TV's beat everyone hands down. They came up with the technology to make the phones really thin (which incidentally they sold to apple to make the nano), and they've just brought out a £200 camera that has 10 million megapixels. So some good product innovations, but from experience the product design isn't as good as it could be.

  So good innovation bad design?
