the pipes within the walls of the hot or steam are rusted and the humidity in the air absorbs to the oils left on the towels from your skin giving the aair-rust aa place to cultivate.
thats 1 scenerio....
another is that somewhere in your building possibily with in the walls or in the area of the kitchen sink or bath room sink a pipe is burst or cracked and its the hot water pipe and the pipes are old and rusted and are floating in the air towards and in and out of the towel which is just a filter of colour air which now becomes clear air and is still floating in and all around your apt the air you breathe is filled with tiny microscopic particles rusted pipes...
thats another scenerio...
and now what really happeend...
the spetic tank is leaking wet toxic fumes and the air is becoming to heavy and is being absorbed into your towels and now are hotels for bacteria and fungus.
conclusion: YOU HAVE
