bush has never been under oath the entire time he was in office, the republican congress fought so that the oil companies wouldnt be under oath either.

you can lie all day when you arent sworn in. no law against it.

    see?

    AGREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE...

    whee!

    this is fun.

We can go back and forth all day long... and I think that in the end - we really do agree... it's just we're hung up on silly points.

Foley for instance... do we really need to discuss him? WE KNOW via his resignation and the 'given evidence'(and I'm sure there's more) that's he's in need of some serious discipline on a social level (jail, baby!)...

... but that's my point - crime is crime... of course 'ethics' is not 'pedophilism' (is that a word?)...

... so it's not 'apples' to 'apples' as far as the crime...

... but the PARTISANSHIP... is an 'apples to apples' conversation - I want everyone held accountable for their actions.

Foley - Jail... get him away from children etc etc... gone... throw out the key... Hell, I say we even force him into the same jail cell as the biggest, sweatiest, hariest, meanest prison-man-pal we can find him...

... would I do the same w/Clinton? NOPE. Clinton would have just been out of office... that one single action w/Monica wasn't enough...

... but the countless sexual harrassment type cases leading up to this (this doesn't include whitewater, vin foster etc) then topped off by his action IN OFFICE... then lying...

... sorry - I have no respect for the man and he 'got away with it'... and worse... the 'left' as it were praises him (media-wise, on NT etc. etc)...

... and now he wants to become the first lady...

    ... yikes. :)
