i thought that it would be better to go out for a while during the week to break the pattern but that didn't work out..i wouldn't get enough sleep... now im feeling a lot better by going to sleep at likw 10pm from sunday to wednesday and i feel sharp well rested and not depressed an then i use the weekends which start on thu to have a good time... BBQ are great
