  So what is the argument?

  Is it that the speaker of the house was aware of Foley's behavior and another Republican called him on it?

  Seriously is this the argument?
  If so what's the problem?

  Foley resigned immediately knowing that ABC had the transcripts. Even though the age of consent in DC is 16, do we not want these people abusing in loco parenti regardless of party affiliation?
