PHP is easier to learn in general and most like actionscript. If you know one, you'll figure out the other pretty quick.
ASP opens up more doors from ASP.Net development and in general there are more high end jobs using .Net (better paying anyway).
If you just want to learn for the sake of having a few more skills, go the PHP path. In general you'll learn quicker and PHP life is cheaper (AMFPHP, MySQL=free, etc).
If you're having trouble figuring it all out, buy a PHP/Mysql dummies book, then all the tutorials/videos will make more sense.
