Totally!
I'm working on this site for a band right now, doing it on the cheap because A) I know bands don't have much $$, and B) trying to get things into my portfolio.
Also working on a new site for myself that is probably the 5th version several years and I'm trying not to get frustrated with it.
The site for the band, though, is totally different than anything I'd do for myself and I'm loving that. Learned some cool stuff in Illustrator and they've been really pleased with the design.
But my own stuff - I just can't ever get excited! :D
