    Hi Nairn - nice to hear a reply on this rainy saturday morning! thanks!

    Its jusr CS (no CS2)

    I am trying to make a "new fill
    adjustment layer" with a colour that effects the below layers content.
    Which is really cool 'cause it just changes the graphic below and not the background

    The "new layer" and "fill" will put the fill colour all over the layer.

    Anyway...I did it before...now I can't... frustrating...
