I think you need to decide what kind of job you want.If your url landed on my desk, i woudln't have any idea what kind of work you ultimatly wanted to do and because of that it would get sidelined. Are you a print designer or web designer, depending on the agency you can't be both.. Also think what type of place you'd like to work and tailor your approach to that. Specifics on your site, lose the countdown, by the time it got to 0 i've almost decided to go elsewhere, the text in your nav needs to be made bigger and more prominant. enjoy
