I am going to be as honest and nice as possible to help you out.
Your work seems like you are a webdesigner that started out coding then went into design.
Your work lacks todays needed style and quality and is a bit dated. It is very boxed in and has a bit of a harshness to it. I think you would most likely get a job at a software company that needs a web designer rather than a design shop that needs a person to design websites.
You are not the worst person I have seen at all. Maybe in the middle. It seems like your work is sorta like a Graduates portfolio, and then once getting out of college, you didnt progress as much in yoru design style. Clients are expecting very high end and high quality stuff these days. Your stuff is a bit dated, lacks good typography, and is a bit rough around the edges.
I would really look at the great sites out there and try and step up your game.
Also it would be good to lose that countdown/intro on your site, no need for it and makes me want to close your site before viewing your portfolio.
