haha what a joke.. they're only accepting "professional" proposals for this one, as opposed to the logo contest being open to everyone.
you'd think professional input on the logo would be more important than the mascot.
its like they realized the logo contest was a failure.
no mention of $$$ either.. budget is running thin, guess they'll be shopping for the cheapest proposal.
