Sure do! Pull the troops out of Iraq, and set up a long term solution for peace in the Middle East. This plan would contain provisions to influence the governments to set up democratic elections, and these governments would be punished (by our not purchasing oil from them) for supporting terrorism. Then, work with the UN to monitor these governemts. Just like after WW2. We would build affinity for the American way of life by revbuilding the mess in Iraq, just like we did in Germany and Japan. Do you think that bombing someone';s family is going to make them like us?
Thew whole point of this, is that we can bomb them all we want. They will kepp cominmg, and keep growing. If we supply aid to these poeple (the populations of these oil rich countries are dirt poor and dis-enfranchised...remember, poverty breeds ignorance), stop propping up corrupt and evil regimes (see Iraq/Iran war 1980, also Shaw of Iran...I can wiki it for you if you like), and pull out troops from THEIR holy lands, then maybe we will actually have some pull there. Stop being the world selfish bully, and be the worlds friend. We are the worlds leader. Lead by example.
