  For sure, dont get me wrong.
  It's a great idea, but since you mentioned you wanted imput..

  I think that is one of the reasons youtube, won over google video, you dont need to download an application in order to use it, I understand that you guys are still in beta, and that is cool, maybe offer the download option as well as the web based solution in order to start building a user base.
