Not to mention the steps the current administration has taken, which of course the main stream media will not report on.
G.W. has signed into effect a bunch of new legislation to help reduce pollution from the other major players... farm equipment, planes and trains. Like cars have emissions tests to pass so does everything else. And, GW got the ball rolling on more fuel efficient locomotives now being mass produced by G.E... but you won't ever see that on the news. So... like I said... the tip of the bell curve.
