mg, he said he has been there before and they are all t-shirts, jeans and ballcaps.

jus' cuz that's the layout of the joint doesn't mean you 'fit in' during interview time...... always 'dress appropriately' for an interview:
1.) pressed slacks
2.) clean pressed button-up shirt... tie is optional... jacket is optional
3.) dark casual/dress shoesShow 'respect' for the situation - you're someone who doesn't work for there and your goal is to leave a lasting impression... chances are that if you dress 'down' - you run the risk of leaving a bad impression... 'dressing for the occassion' shows that you are 'humble' and respect to position you're applying for.
... that's advice from my Pop's (daddy) that has never failed me.
