short answer yes, but. long answer yes with a maybe.
as far as i'm aware some of it will work and some wont, not just the single script. the different versions and plugins included are very real updatess and deal with everything better, faster, stronger - things like compressions / code relationships / everything alters slightly so older plugins will have oddball problems all over the shop - possibly, depending on what you've done.
