  In Safari, go File>Export Bookmarks. Don't know about Firefox, i don't use it.

  Don't forget your Mail at Home>Library>Mail
  I usually just copy the folder and then import what I want/need.

  Also Addresses. Open up Address Book then File>Back Up address book
