while i dont disagree that chavez is no saint, he certainly is turning things around for some people. the economy has been stimulated, and he is making effort, even if they are lightweight gestures to help ease the inequality. you wanna bitch about poverty? its all over the place, its not exclusive to places with chavez in charge.
