The funny thing here is that chavez is using the discontent of a part of the americans to gain some 'popularity' and make hem seem like is the 'saviour' of the world.
Don't get busted. This guy tried to derrocate the elected venezuelan president in 1992 ,ordering his troops to kill HUNDREDS of people during his attemp (his soldiers broke into one national tv station and killed a dozen of the reporters)
A lot of his 'camarades' who shot and killed their own innocent people are now in high places on his goverment, and while he talk about 'ending the poverty', and brainwashing his followers with his 'anti america' shitty speech,the guy gives millions of dollars to bolivia and cuba while the poor people goes to bed everynight with a piece of bread in their stomachs
This guy just want to be a 'hero' or 'saviour of the world' while venezuela is full of poverty,chaos and delinquency. Is just a GREAT manipulator.
